Newniso Group Sdn Bhd a company that locally operates Daiso Japan with the headquarters guiding principles in Japan, opened its first Daiso Japan store in 2008. Newniso Group plays the role of a facilitator for Japan’s No.1 living ware concept store of $2 (RM5.90) discount retail business that hails from Japanese-inspired products.
Today, by the management of Newniso Group, Daiso Japan expanded its retail doors to over twenty-four (24) stores within a span of sixteen (16) years in Malaysia. The company sets its goals equally with Daiso Japan’s key business goals in creating Daiso Japan stores with a unique value and exciting shopping experience that compliments its motto; “Find Surprises & Fun” as there are always something new to discover at Daiso stores.
Over the years, the company has grown to develop it’s a few servicing features to its business, from an in-house customer service to quality management team and a hi-tech inventory system for better customer experience at Daiso stores.
